LALUZ Restaurant – Chef Alain Devahive

With a menu designed by an ex-elBulli chef in the kitchen and graced with impeccable staff front-of-house, LALUZ is bursting with inspiration from all corners of Spain, and it’s uniformly excellent.

Laluz Restaurant at the Four Seasons Hotel in DIFC, is set to excite the imagination and palates of Dubai’s fine dining aficionados. Laluz cuisine is mixing an experimental cooking style with traditional mouth-watering Spanish dishes.

The venue offers an attractive ambiance where you can enjoy dinner with friends and family or light pinchos and specially selected drinks by our passionate bartenders. Laluz is the essence of sharing. Shared food tastes better.

I was honoured when they invite me to do first photo-shooting of upcoming restaurant in DIFC. At beginning i didn’t know how big is the name of the restaurant in Spain and who is the chef.  Later on i make some research and chef Alain Devahive worked under Ferran Adrià at Elbulli (for a decade not for just a stage), heralded as the best restaurant in the world and respected for its experimental recipes before its closure in 2011.
Bellow you can see few shots that we make for new A la carte. As well i was photographer in opening event and i need to say i can really feel the Spanish vibe and passion.
