Their steaks are arguably the best in the world, and come only from Argentinian prime cattle bred only at selected farms.

The client wanted to create a photo album focusing on the beef and food offer running at the international branches in Dubai and Hong Kong. From capturing steaks on the grill right through to the plate, we photographed creatively all food preparation and steps involved before the food arrived on the table. We decided to use only one light source to reflect the restaurant’s black walls and modern, edgy feel.
