Ever wonder how to throw a party with tequila and enjoy full nigh on the single spirit? MMI Dubai put together a perfect summer cocktail recipe to enjoy a refreshing breeze in your own backyard. All you need is Tequila Patrón and few mixers that you will find in bellow recipes. They might look fancy, but they’re actually really easy to make and won’t keep you away from enjoying your own party.

Sumac Margarita
Ingredients
- Patron Silver – 45ml
- Cointreau – 15ml
- Homemade Sumac Syrup – 15ml
- Fresh Lime squeeze – 15ml
Method
- Pour the Patron Tequila, Cointreau, Lime Juice and homemade Sumac Syrup into a shaker.
- Add a handful of ice cubes and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
- Strain into a signature glass with the half-rim damped with lemon juice and sumac syrup, then dipped in a sumac powder.
- Garnish with half part of sumac powder and salt on the rim.

Passionita
Ingredients
- 45ml Patrón Silver
- 10ml Agave syrup
- 15ml Yuzu juice
- 30ml Passion fruit puree
- 40ml Blood orange juice
- Dash of lemon bitters
Method
- Add all ingredients to a stirring glass and stir!
Suggested Garnish
- Dehydrated lemon and salt rim
Bartender: Giedre
Una Mirada
Ingredients
- 50ml Patrón Reposado
- 15ml Mescal
- 1 Bar spoon apricot marmalade
- 1 Kumquat
- 25ml Fresh lime juice
- 20ml Usmantus syrup
- 1 pinch of salt
Method
Muddle the kumquat, followed by the apricot marmalade.
Add all other ingredients in to the shaker, shake hard and double strain.
Bartender: Ayman
Amor Oscuro
Ingredients
- 45ml Patrón Silver
- 15ml Peach schnapps
- 30ml Pink grapefruit juice
- 15ml Lemon juice
- 10ml Guava syrup
- 10ml Grapefruit syrup
- 4-5 Pieces kaffir lime leaves
- 1 Pinch activated charcoal
Method
Add all ingredients to a shaker, shake and double strain!
Suggested Garnish
- Lavender
Bartender: Airin
Ingredients
- Patrón Silver
- Bell pepper
- Raw mango oleo
- Rosemary
- Lime juice
- Cinnamon dust
- Hibiscus bitters and creole bitters
Method
Add all ingredients to a shaker, shake and double strain!
Suggested Garnish
- Top of red paprika
Bartender: Nithin
Raspberry and Chocolate Margarita
Ingredients
- 45ml Patrón Silver
- 40ml Lime juice
- 20ml Brown cacao
- 15ml Triple Sec
- 28ml Raspberry puree
Method
Add all ingredients to a shaker, shake and strain!
Suggested Garnish
- Rosemary
Bartender: Challen
Cherryta
Ingredients
- 40ml Patrón Silver
- 20ml Umeshu
- 15ml Lime juice
- 3 dashes of Peychaud’s bitters
- Maraschino cherry and maraschino cherry juice
Method
Muddle the cherries, add all other ingredients, shake and strain.
Suggested Garnish
- Half a salt rim
Bartender: Vitalij
Bourbon Margarita
Ingredients
- 30ml Patrón Silver
- 30ml Bourbon
- 15ml Agave syrup
- Fresh papaya
- Orange and mint leaves
Method
Muddle papaya, orange and mint leaves, add all other ingredients and shake.
Suggested Garnish
- Mint leave and papaya
