Photographed by Jure Ursic Photography, the focus was on highlighting space, materiality, and architectural lines. Each frame was carefully composed to emphasize the warmth of the interiors, the marble kitchen finishes, and the open-plan living layout. Natural light was balanced with controlled interior lighting to preserve depth and texture while maintaining a refined real estate photography look suitable for luxury marketing.

Wide angles established the flow between living, dining, and study areas, while tighter compositions captured bespoke details and custom cabinetry. The balcony skyline views of DIFC and surrounding landmarks were photographed to reinforce the premium location positioning shown throughout the brochure

The final images were created for Pulse Real Estate marketing materials, including a printed brochure and online advertising. Agent Carmen also appears in selected visuals, presenting the apartment and introducing the seller, adding a personal and lifestyle-driven layer to the real estate photography.
